Terms
These are the terms for buying and using a Business Kitt or a Purrk on Copycat Go. Please read them before you buy. By ticking the box at checkout you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Copycat Go is a product of Connect and Conquer LLC, 11567 W Edna St, Boise, ID 83713, phone (706) 901-7529. In these terms "Copycat Go", "we", "us" and "our" mean Connect and Conquer LLC. "You" means the person or business buying or using a Business Kitt or a Purrk.
2. The words we use
- A Business Kitt is a business system: training, branding and tools for starting and running one kind of local business.
- A Purrfessional is the person who runs that kind of business already and whose way of running it the Business Kitt is built from.
- A Purrk is a service that goes with a Business Kitt, such as website hosting or bookkeeping. Most are billed every month.
- A Client is someone who has bought a Business Kitt.
- Catnip is the good parts of running the business. The Litter Box is the hard parts. Every Business Kitt shows both before you buy.
3. What you are buying
A Business Kitt gives you a business system. You own and operate your business. You decide your hours, your prices and which customers you take, and every customer relationship is yours.
A Business Kitt is not a franchise, a job or an investment. We are not your employer or your partner, and you do not act for us.
We do not promise that you will earn anything. Nothing on Copycat Go is a promise, a forecast or an example of income. What your business earns depends on the work you do, your local market, your costs and things nobody controls. Some businesses do not make money.
4. Before you buy
Each Business Kitt page shows what it is, what you get, its Catnip, its Litter Box, its price, and every Purrk it recommends with that Purrk's price and how often it is billed. Read all of it. At checkout you tick a box to say you have read the Litter Box and the full cost, and that you understand this is a real business that takes real work.
5. Price and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. The pay page shows the exact amount charged today and what is charged later, before you enter a card.
- A Business Kitt is paid for once.
- A Purrk that is billed every month or every year is charged to the card you gave at checkout, on that schedule, until you stop it.
- Some Purrks come with months included in the price of the Business Kitt. The first charge for that Purrk is on the date shown at checkout and on your receipt.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Depending on the Business Kitt, the payment for it is taken either by Connect and Conquer LLC or by the Purrfessional's own business through Stripe. Your card statement may show either name.
- If a tax applies to your purchase that we are required to collect, it is shown before you pay.
6. Recommended Purrks are not required
A Business Kitt recommends Purrks; it never requires one. A recommended Purrk is ticked for you at checkout, the page says so, and you can untick it. Leaving a Purrk out does not change the price of the Business Kitt. You may get the same service from another provider.
Some Purrks only work on top of another, and the page says so. Each Purrk's page says what happens to your business if you stop it.
7. Stopping a Purrk
You can stop a Purrk from your account at any time, unless that Purrk's page says it must be stopped another way and tells you how. When you stop a Purrk:
- it keeps running to the end of the period you have already paid for, or to the end of its included months;
- you are not charged for it again;
- we do not refund part of a month or year already paid for.
You can change your mind and keep it at any time before it ends.
8. Refunds
A Business Kitt. If you ask within 45 days of paying, we refund the Business Kitt in full. There are no conditions, and we ask no questions.
A Purrk. Charges for a Purrk are not refunded. You can cancel a Purrk at any time and you are not charged for it again; section 7 says how.
To ask for a refund, use the Support page in your account, call (706) 901-7529, or write to the address in section 1. A refund goes back to the card that paid. A refund of a Business Kitt does not stop its Purrks by itself; tell us, or stop them from your account.
Nothing in this section takes away a right the law gives you.
9. Your website
A Business Kitt is a course: it teaches you the business and gives you its system. Where your business has a website from us, the website is a Purrk.
After you pay for that Purrk, or receive it with your Business Kitt, we ask you for what is needed to set the website up, such as the web address you would like. Your account shows each step. A person at Copycat Go checks the website before it is handed over to you. We work to do this promptly, but we do not promise a date.
A web address must be available and suitable. We may refuse one that is taken, misleading, offensive or that uses someone else's name or trademark.
Keeping the website running needs the Purrk that pays for it. That Purrk's page says what happens if you stop it.
10. Your account
You sign in with a Purr ID account. If you do not have one when you buy, one is made for you, and the link in your receipt email lets you choose its password. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
11. Your business is your responsibility
You are responsible for running your business lawfully. That includes any license, permit, registration, insurance and tax your business needs where you work, the work you do for your customers, and what you say to them. Some states and cities regulate certain trades: check yours before you start.
We give you a business system. We do not give legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
12. What you may do with what you get
The training, brand materials, templates and software that come with a Business Kitt belong to Copycat Go, the Purrfessional or those who license them to us. You may use them to run your own business for as long as you are a Client in good standing. You may not sell them, share them publicly, or use them to make a competing product.
Where a Business Kitt lets you trade under a brand name, you may use that name only for the business the Kitt is for, and only in the way the Kitt's brand materials set out. We may ask you to stop using a brand name if you use it in a way that harms it or misleads customers.
13. Purrfessionals
A Purrfessional is an independent business, not our employee. What a Purrfessional writes on their pages is theirs. We screen it for claims about income and may change or remove it, but we do not check every statement.
14. What you must not do
You must not use Copycat Go, or anything you get through it, to break the law, mislead customers, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, or interfere with the site or with another Client's business. You must not tell anyone that buying a Business Kitt guarantees income.
15. If things go wrong
We provide Copycat Go, each Business Kitt and each Purrk with reasonable care. Beyond what these terms say, and as far as the law allows, we give no other warranty, including about how much your business will earn or that the site will never be interrupted.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability to you for everything connected with Copycat Go is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
16. Ending
You may stop using Copycat Go at any time; section 7 says how to stop a Purrk. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if a payment that is due is not made after we have told you. If we end your access without your having broken these terms, we refund any period you have paid for and not received.
17. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change matters to something you have already bought, we email you before it takes effect. What you have already paid for keeps the terms it was bought under until its next charge.
18. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute is to be brought in the state or federal courts in Ada County, Idaho, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
19. How to reach us
