The Freezer Meal Biz Affiliate Agreement with InstaBiz LLC

This agreement is between you, the affiliate, and InstaBiz LLC, the business that sells the Freezer Meal Biz Business Kitt. You agree to it by ticking the box on the sign-up form. It applies once InstaBiz LLC approves your sign-up.

Copycat Go, a product of Connect and Conquer LLC, runs the page you signed up on, counts the clicks on your links and the sales they bring, and shows you both. Copycat Go is not a party to this agreement and does not pay you.

1. What you do

You share your own links to Freezer Meal Biz, which end with your code. You choose where and how, within sections 3 and 4.

2. What you are paid

  • 20% of the price paid, less the card fee, for each Freezer Meal Biz Business Kitt bought with your code, paid by InstaBiz LLC.
  • A sale is yours when the buyer follows your link and buys within 30 days in the same browser, and has not followed another affiliate's link since; or when the buyer types your code at checkout. If no code reaches checkout, the sale is nobody's.
  • A sale that is refunded earns no fee. If InstaBiz LLC has already paid you for it, it may take that fee off a later payment.
  • How and when you are paid: By PayPal on the 5th of each month, for the month before.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. InstaBiz LLC may ask for the tax details the law requires before it pays you, such as a W-9 in the United States.

Nothing here promises any number of clicks or sales. You may make no money from it at all.

3. Say it is your link

Each time you share a link or recommend Freezer Meal Biz, say plainly, next to the link, that you are paid if somebody buys through it. For example: "I am paid a fee if you buy through my link." A note in your profile alone is not enough. This is what the US Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements require, and you must follow them.

4. What you must not say or do

  • No earnings claims. Never say or suggest how much a buyer of Freezer Meal Biz will earn, what you or anybody else earns from it, or that it is passive income, a sure thing or a way to get rich. No income figures, no screenshots of sales or payments, and no stories about money. Say what the business is and what the Kitt includes instead.
  • No paid search on the brand. Do not bid on "Freezer Meal Biz", "InstaBiz LLC", "Copycat Go", or anything spelled like them, in Google Ads, Bing Ads or any other paid search, and do not run ads that look as if they come from InstaBiz LLC or Copycat Go.
  • No spam. Do not send messages, texts or emails to people who did not ask to hear from you, and do not post your link where it is not welcome.
  • Not for yourself. You are not paid for a Kitt you buy yourself, or one bought by somebody buying for you.
  • No pretending. Do not say or suggest that you are InstaBiz LLC or Copycat Go, or that either of them employs you, and do not use their logos or names as your own.

5. Your code

Your code never changes, because your links are already out. InstaBiz LLC may stop it at any time. A stopped code no longer counts, though its links still open the page.

6. Ending

Either of you may end this agreement at any time, by email. InstaBiz LLC may stop your code at once if you break section 3 or 4, and owes you nothing for a sale that came from breaking them. Fees for sales made before the end are still paid, as section 2 says.

7. Changes

InstaBiz LLC may change this agreement. A new version has its own date on the affiliate page, and InstaBiz LLC emails you before it applies to you. If you keep sharing your links after that, you accept it.

8. You work for yourself

You are not an employee, partner or agent of InstaBiz LLC or of Copycat Go, and you cannot make promises for either of them.

9. What is kept about you

Your name, email address, PayPal email address, how you said you would share your link, the version of this agreement you agreed to and when, and the number of clicks on your links each day, with nothing about who clicked. InstaBiz LLC sees it so it can decide on your sign-up and pay you. Copycat Go's Privacy Policy, at copycatgo.com/privacy, says the rest.

10. The law that applies

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which InstaBiz LLC is organized.
